👉 Demand for rental properties across all price ranges is increasing daily.
👉 Landlords are receiving numerous inquiries from potential tenants, but they are also encountering a significant number of fraudulent documents, from fake employment letters to falsified credit histories.
👉 Some agents proactively warn that any fake documents will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
👉 Since landlords have limited rights regarding tenants, some properties remain on the market for over a month as landlords search for trustworthy renters.
