Hi, I'm Alla Poltavski, I live and work in west Toronto. More specifically, I work in Toronto and within the GTA. I can confidently say that I know the streets of western Toronto and south/central
Mississauga like the back of my hand.

My family settled in the High Park area 20+ years ago.
I have raised my two sons here, from daycare, tennis clubs, summer camps, and just about everything you can think of! This area has had so much to offer for recreation and education.
I have invested, renovated, rented, purchased, and sold real estate here for the longest time.
Throughout all these years, my love for this area has not faded at all.

After having worked as a real estate agent here for over 15 years, my knowledge of the cities neighborhoods has become very developed. 
Each part of the city has its own unique characteristics. For example, the Mimico area is lively, with high-rises everywhere. Each condo has its own unique features that create a neighborhood, unlike the original Toronto style.
Construction, renovation, and refacing of houses are very popular in the old, architecturally unique neighborhoods of Toronto. Today, some of these old neighborhoods have relatively eccentric architecture. Still, some of the older houses have preserved their antique appearance.
Within Toronto, Etobicoke and Mississauga, there are some condos whose value does not get affected by bear markets. Their value remains concrete through the most challenging times.

These trends are just a few things I've learned from all these years of experience.

I wholeheartedly believe that I attract people like me who care for and maintain their homes to the best of their ability. I believe that a home reflects ourselves, our style, and our dreams. It is not just a house; it's a part of our lives.
To treat my clients, at the end of the year, I host a party/gathering with all my personal friends and clients.
The most important thing to me, ahead of anything else, is communication; I listen to your wants and needs, concerns, and questions. That is the core of my business, understanding my client and working with them to the best of my ability. If you hire me, expect to have your voice heard and your interests fulfilled.
