It's Friday, and we're heading into the weekend!

The farmers' markets are already open. Maybe it's just me, but everything there seems tastier and fresher.

There's already garlic, tomatoes (though $2 per tomato), greens, green onions, and fresh strawberries. Of course, you can go to a farm for strawberries, but that's another story, like entertainment and a pleasant pastime, in my opinion.

If you decide to visit the farmers' markets in Etobicoke, here are a few options:

Humber Bay Shores Farmers’ Market:

Dates: Saturdays from June 1 to October 12, 2024

Hours: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm

Sherway Farmers’ Market:
